Delivery & installation
How the equipment reaches you, what we need on site, and what to do if something arrives wrong.

01Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery to mainland England, Scotland and Wales is quoted per order; offshore islands, Northern Ireland and the Highlands may carry a surcharge, which we will always confirm before you order.
Delivery charges are shown on your quotation and are separate from the price of the goods unless explicitly included.
02Lead times
Lead time depends on the machine and the finish you choose. The expected date is stated on your quotation and confirmed again when the order is accepted. If a date has to move, we tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving you to chase.
03Delivery and installation
Standard delivery is to ground floor, kerbside or the nearest practical point to the building. Assembling, positioning and commissioning a machine is a separate service and is quoted with your order; where it is included, our engineers position the machine, level it, check the electrics and confirm it is running correctly before handover.
Please tell us about narrow doorways, staircases, lifts or upper floors when you enquire — heavy machines may need lifting equipment or a survey before delivery can be arranged.
04What we need from you
Before the delivery date, please make sure:
- Access is clear and there is somewhere safe to park a delivery vehicle.
- The floor is level, finished and rated for the loaded weight of the machine.
- Suitable power is available and installed by a competent electrician where required.
- An authorised person is on site to accept the goods and sign for them.
05On the day
Please check the equipment as it is unloaded and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so a signature that acknowledges damage is the quickest route to a fix.
06Transit damage and failed deliveries
If damage is discovered after the vehicle has left, tell us within 3 working days with photographs and we will arrange repair, replacement or collection. Damage caused after delivery, during your own movement or installation of the goods, is not covered.
If nobody is available to accept a booked delivery, or access is not as described, a redelivery or failed-attempt charge may apply. We will always tell you the amount before re-booking.
