Built to be maintained, not replaced
Coppermount Limited specifies and supplies indoor exercise machines for studios, gyms and private training rooms. Our interest is in the unglamorous part of the job: what a machine is like in year five, when nobody is watching and it has to work again tomorrow morning.
The specification is the product
Any machine looks reasonable in a photograph. What separates a platform is the flywheel mass, the resistance system, the tolerance on the frame and whether the parts can be bought again. We publish those numbers on every page.
- Frame loading
- 150 kg rated, 400 kg tested
- Balance tolerance
- ± 2 g on machined flywheels
- Joint tolerance
- ± 0.4 mm
- Bearings
- Sealed, standard metric sizes
From room survey to commissioning
Specification
We start from the room: floor loading, ceiling height, class sizes, service access and the duty cycle the machine will actually see.
Frames
Tubular and laser-cut steel, welded and stress-relieved before powder coating. Copper detailing goes on parts that are touched or adjusted.
Drive & resistance
Flywheel, belt, bearing and resistance assemblies are chosen for quiet running and for parts that stay available for a decade.
Commissioning
Machines are assembled, levelled and signed off on site, with a service schedule and spare-parts list handed over.
